Zesty H2O!

It’s been a hot summer and water just isn’t cutting it anymore. Add some sparkling water (about 1 litre) to mix up your designated 8 glasses a day, along with: 1x chopped up lime, 1/2 a cup of frozen raspberries, a bit of diced cucumber & some mint to taste.

The water will turn a deliciously appealing ruby colour and the added nutrients will revitalise your day.
