Road Test: Tiramisu


This is a delicious modern version of Tiramisu. Small servings are recommended at the garnishfood kitchen as it is quite a rich dessert. The biscuit had a crunchy centre with just the right ratio of coffee and liqueur. An impressive finishing touch to a dinner party, just hold the Amaretto if any of your guests suffer from nut allergies. (I learnt today that it is a liqueur made from almonds).
