Road Test: Banana Coconut Biscuits

I couldn’t go past these delicious and healthy treats designed by a foodie, Liz who writes a favourite blog of mine

They are so easy to make and full of wholesome ingredients such as quinoa flakes, chia seeds and banana. We have an issue with nut allergies in our household so I used cow’s milk instead of almond milk. I didn’t have any coconut sugar or agave syrup so I used honey and this worked a charm. Despite the nut allergy, coconut is ok and this complimented the biscuits wonderfully.
