They are so easy to make and full of wholesome ingredients such as quinoa flakes, chia seeds and banana. We have an issue with nut allergies in our household so I used cow’s milk instead of almond milk. I didn’t have any coconut sugar or agave syrup so I used honey and this worked a charm. Despite the nut allergy, coconut is ok and this complimented the biscuits wonderfully.
